QUESTIONNAIRE

GreenMascot uses questionnaires as a key tool to assess the current state of environmental awareness, sustainability practices and capacities related to sport in the Black Sea Basin.

The questionnaires target local authorities, sports organisations, schools, teachers, students and the wider sports community. They support evidence-based decision-making by identifying needs, gaps, challenges and good practices at local and transnational level.

The collected data forms the foundation for the development of the RACE TO SUSTAINABILITY Toolkit, the design of training activities and the implementation of pilot sports events and awareness campaigns.

QUESTIONNAIRE KEY STEPS

Launch coordinated questionnaires in all participating countries using a common methodology to ensure comparability of results across the Black Sea Basin

Collect quantitative and qualitative data on environmental awareness, sustainability practices and institutional capacity in and through sport.

Analyse the results at national and transnational level to identify key challenges, capacity gaps and existing good practices.

Use the findings to shape project activities, develop practical tools, design training content and support the implementation of pilot actions

WHY PARTICIPATE?

By participating in the GreenMascot questionnaire, stakeholders contribute directly to the development of practical solutions that support greener sport, stronger local capacity and more effective environmental awareness actions in the Black Sea region.
