CONSORTIUM

Sport and Environment Across Borders

The GreenMascot project is implemented by a transnational consortium of four complementary organisations from Bulgaria, Türkiye, Greece and Romania, combining expertise in sport, environmental protection, education and local governance.

The consortium brings together local authorities, sports organisations and environmental NGOs with strong experience in transnational cooperation and community engagement. This balanced partnership ensures that GreenMascot addresses environmental challenges in and through sport from multiple perspectives and delivers practical, transferable solutions across the Black Sea Basin.

A Strong Transnational Partnership

By combining policy-making capacity, practical sports expertise and environmental know-how, the GreenMascot consortium ensures effective implementation, cross-border knowledge exchange and long-term impact. The partnership enables joint development, testing and promotion of innovative approaches that support a cleaner and greener future for the Black Sea Basin.
